Sports Specific Coaching
The fitter we are, the better the player and the more we will enjoy the game. We offer a number of services which will aid any standard of player gain that extra edge, or learn a new sport and get in shape too.
Sports covered include Soccer, Rugby, Tennis, Mini Tennis, Athletics and Cricket.
We also work with those who are either playing at an already good standard and may want to increase certain areas of their game. According to your age/standard price will vary, please contact us for a personal quote.
Sam's experience and high level of knowledge means that we run the following services to all ages from juniors 5 years and above and up to full adult standard :
Drills and Warm up Routines inc Stretching techniques
Speed and Strength Training
Basic and Advanced Co-ordination Skills (Eye - body - brain)
Nutrition and Health (Preparation and well being during and after participation in chosen sport)
We also tailor programmes to individual needs so if you have any other requirements not covered above we are more than happy to add them to any programme!
